A delegation of the Sports Journalists Association of Sindh (SJAS), led by President Asif Khan, called on the newly elected officials of the Karachi Press Club. The meeting was attended by Secretary Karachi Press Club Rizwan Bhatti, Vice President Rashid Memon, members of the Executive Committee Khalil Nasir, and Nabil Akhtar amongst others. The SJAS delegation comprised of President Asif Khan, General Secretary Asghar Azeem, Senior Vice President Zubair Nazir Khan, Vice President Mahmood Riaz, Information Secretary Maqsood Ahmed, Members of the Executive Committee Shahid Ansari, Riaz-ud-Din, members Imtiaz Naranja, Rizwan Ali, Suleiman Khan, Zeeshan Hussain, Abdul Aziz and Arshad Wahab and others.
During the meeting, SJAS congratulated the newly elected officials on the 14th consecutive victory of the Democrats panel. Secretary of the KPC, Rizwan Bhatti said that after their success the responsibilities have increased further, 2022 would be the year of the KPC online for the members, very soon the KPC would introduce the mobile application, for the members, of the Karachi press club, through which members would also get the facility to pay club fees, etc while food menu on daily basis, membership card usage via SMS confirmation and food and drink bills will also be available. Rizwan Bhatti lauded the efforts of SJAS and called for organizing sports activities for the club members along with SJAS. Secretary SJAS, Asghar Azeem assured full cooperation with the Press Club and under the auspices of the club agreed to hold KPC Cricket League.
Later, Rizwan Bhatti was presented a bouquet by SJAS and a cake was cut to celebrate their victory.
